Document workspace configuration wizard is designed to help a user save workspace documentation to an Excel file.
To start the wizard click File → Export → Document workspace configuration.
The wizard allows you to document either the current workspace configuration or document workspace configuration from a saved file.
Select the configuration elements that you want to document and click the Generate Documentation button. After displaying the Save As dialog and providing the file name, a Microsoft Excel file will be generated and opened. In an MS Excel file, every option will have its own Sheet.
Documentation will contain absolutely all information for every single element.
Please note: Because FluentBooks supports documentation of resources and projects please be careful with big resource pools – generation might take significant time and file size will be big as well.
