If you wish to delete your account in Project Migrator, the process varies depending on your subscription type.
Please follow the appropriate steps below:
For clients on a trial subscription:
- Send an email: Write to support@fluentpro.com using the email address you used to register for the product.
- Await confirmation: Our support team will confirm once your account has been deleted.
Additionally, we’d appreciate it if you could share the reason why the product didn’t meet your needs. Your feedback helps us improve!
For clients with a paid subscription:
- Contact your customer success manager: Email your assigned Customer Success Manager directly to request account deletion.
- Confirmation of deletion and cancellation: Your Customer Success Manager will confirm once your account has been deleted and your subscription has been canceled.
