​SharePoint list Datasource

Lookup Manager can pick up data from SharePoint lists.

Please note: All edited values in source will be added as new values

To configure this mode:

  1. Click New Item from the ribbon.
  2. Select List data source item.

    In Project Server 2010. 

    In Project Server 2013.

  3. Type a name of this item.
  4. Type a name of a lookup table that needs to be synchronized.
  5. Type a site URL - SharePoint site URL where the source SharePoint list is located.
  6. Type a name of a source SharePoint list.
  7. Type a name of a column where a value is taken from for Value target column.
  8. Type a name of a column where a value is taken from for Descriptiontarget column.
  9. Type a character used to separate different levels of hierarchy in case hierarchy is present.
  10. Click Save.
