During the installation process for each selected PWA installer creates a SharePoint job with name LookupSynchronizationJob/XXXX, where “XXXX” is a PWA name. This job is used to synchronize lookup tables using rules from the FluentPro LookupManager SharePoint list.
By default it is configured to run every day at 11 PM.
To configure the job:
- Open the Central Administration→Monitoring→Review job definitions page.
- Select the LookupSynchronizationJob/PWA job definition.
- Choose desired value (e.g. Minutes or Hourly or Daily etc.).
- Click OK.
