1) Timesheet Migration is provided as a service. Please contact sales@fluentpro.com to get assistance with such migrations.
2) Only those Projects Timelines which have been initially configured in Project Professional can be migrated by FluentBooks to Project Server 2016/2019 and Project Online. Projects Timelines created and directly modified on the PWA are not migrated by FluentBooks.
Common scenario describing the functionality:
- Step 1: A project without a timeline is opened for editing in Project Professional, a project timeline is created and the project gets saved on the PWA;
- Step 2: The same project is opened for editing in PWA, some modifications are made, the timeline is modified and saved, the project gets published on the PWA.
- FluentBooks will be migrating Projects Timelines created in Project Professional on Step 1. Any modifications saved on Step 2 will not be migrated by FluentBooks.
3) Both source and target PWA must have Project Server (or Classic) Permission Mode.
4) Known issue: Portfolio Analysis Baseline Scenario with Constraint Type: Resource is not migrated.
5) Migration of OLAP cubes from 2010 to 2013 is not supported.

8) FluentBooks does not migrate users in Active Directory.
FluentBooks migrates Project Server resources and users, given that appropriate account already exists in the Active Directory on the target. FluentBooks will search them by User Account, and only in case of 100% match FluentBooks would set value (of the selected users) to the Person type field. (In case that target already has users with exactly match of Display Name.)
9) Solutions from Project Server 2010 can be migrated only to another instance of Project Server 2010, but not to Project Server 2013 or Project Online.

10) FluentBooks does not migrate expired User Delegations.
11) FluentBooks supports the automatic conversion of resource plans to resource engagements during Project Server 2010 and 2013 to Project Server 2016/2019 and Project Online migrations.
12) Only Resource Engagements, which have a Committed and Proposed state are migrated. Draft Engagements will not be transferred. Rejected resource engagements are skipped for migration, they will not be downloaded from the source PWA.

13) Site Workflows of 'SharePoint Workflow 2010' type, developed in Project Online cannot be migrated to Project Server PWAs.
14) Migration of Master Projects with two and more levels of nested Sub-projects is not supported. However, the is a workaround to migrate Master Projects with two and more levels of nested Sub-projects described in this article.
15) Project Professional Versions, Permission Management and Exchange Server Details settings are not supported within Additional Server Settings migration.
Notification Email Settings are supported for Project Server 2016/2019 and Project Online migrations only.
Asynchronous event handling for After events settings are supported for Project Online only.
16) External Links in Quick Launch will be migrated as-is. External Links (e.g. Power BI App links) might need to be adjusted manually after migration.
Known Limitations
FluentBooks has certain limitations related to migration of data from Project Server On-Premise PWA to Project Online PWA.
